an antagonist is not the bad guy, it's the character against the protagonist (player) regardless of motives. Therefore, it is logically impossible to have the player be an antagonist.

I clicked on this without reading anything, so I started it and just thought it was 1-player pong. Then the ball split and I panicked and died.

this concept is great, but bishops can hit you while they zoom past, even if they don't go near you.

Did you try the play button on the top right? It's a bit small, so you may have missed it.

pretty nice, although I would say make the rocket faster and take away the pause as to not interrupt playthrough. if you want to make a quick change, though, you could just remove the healthbar and give the rocket one health, which would take away the need for this in my opinion

WOAH nice! this is really great! I like how it just turns into a shooter out of nowhere. one thing I would say though is to make it more clear you have to backtrack after flicking the last switch

I agree, especially since it takes a few tries to get used to

obviously to be complete it needs graphics, but even at this point it is quite satisfying to play. in order to make the dot spawning better, put your script which spawns the dots in a custom block, and make that block run without screen refresh. that way it's instantaneous and you don't have to wait

nice game, although I'd like to see more of an increase in size from the eggs

a bug you might wanna fix is if you hold r you can move freely with no rats or eggs

this theme really is getting me thinking! came up with a fun hammer you can slam on the ground but then realized something important... it doesnt expand
