Thank you for informing me, I'll look into why that is happening. The strangest thing is that it's only the principle's movie that it does it to while everyone else's scenes play without issue. Regardless if it plays or not no matter what I try, I got to play enough of the game that I can say that the money was worth it. Nice come back after all this time.

A review of the current state of Conquest & desire.
Conquest & Desire is a simple game where you play an amnesiac resurrect by a fairy just outside the village of Hemsworth. In the shadows a dark alliance is formed between 7 members as they seek control of the area.
[Story]
The story is mentioned above, and it doesn't really get more complicated than that. The seven above don't even ever react to your main character specifically stopping the different members as you are just 'random' adventurer. I should clarify that while the characters each have their own story, minus the fairy who I think baring the beginning where they said their name never said it again, but I'm going off of the story overall and not just the characters as that's later.
Something that is interesting is that the 6 do seem to react to which order you do them in, so while the main character and the antagonist of the game only met once there is the possibility of different dialogue.
I know some of you are only here for le porn, but some of us want that before we yank it and story here isn't special. Nothing bad that insults your intelligence but outside of lore that you have to fight to get nothing groundbreaking either.
[Gameplay]
You start the game and pick a class and subclass that effects the skills you can learn, and even has a few hidden ones if you pick the right combination. You should be able to figure out general stats from previous experience, but some of the more 'esoteric' parts are told in a pop up in the main town you can hit at anytime.
There's no leveling up, at least in a way I can notice. My stats might have gone up after the various dungeons of the game, but if they did the game made no fanfare of telling me and due to something else I'll discuss I had no way of knowing if other than equipment I wore my stats went up or not.
Skills are acquired from spending gold at the guild and then going off of your classes stat wheel. You can change you class at any moment, so if your not a fan of say Flame Necromancer you can just left or right click respectfully to change your main class or subclass. Skills can also be granted from cretain pieces of equipment so it's not always a stat race, sometimes you just want to use the helmet because if gives you the Roar skill.
The main combat isn't anything you haven'y played before other than the fact that other than mercenaries (which are fucking expensive), familiars, and risen corpses (both of which are expendable you are alone and you can only hold 1 potion at a time. No mass potion chugging for you, unless you get a lot and equip them before every dungeon encounter.
The difficulty also increases with every dungeon you beat, so you can breeze through the game with difficulty 1 dungeons as the next will manually set it up by 1. You can go back and do any previous dungeon and raise or lower the difficulty as you like but first time is gonna be the hardest.
Finally the monster girls themselves have a gameplay benefit. Not all of them like the Lewd Imps enemies, just the boss monsters you get from beating a dungeon. Some of you are going to be annoyed by this, but we can live with it. Getting intimate with one once their affection is high enough grants a different benefit to you, so your sex isn't just for pleasure it's also sometimes critical to success in the dungeon.
The town girls are just for pleasure though, no benefit other than because you like their quest or ya feel like it.
[Characters]
While the man is a blank slate, the town girls and monster girls each have their own stories you unlock from getting their affection up. From the small goblin who wants to be a overlord to the nervous town alchemist each has a story with different spades. Due to the fact that each goes into depth I won't discuss to much of them, but they are interesting enough if a little generic here and there, but as the saying goes 'every idea has already been done before.'
If there's one character, I do want to complain about it's the fairy herself. She exists as the in-game reason that when you die in the dungeon you resurrect, but other than giving out hints and being annoyed when you try to fuck her she doesn't really have one. Which is a slight shame because I reckon she has a reason to stay around the MC other than boredom because she doesn't seem to like resurrecting us and not in the "I'm so sad you died, thank goodness I saved you way." and more of the "Could you just fucking not." So I don't get why she's still here.
I do admit this could change given we're in 0.41 which implies that were a little under halfway done, but it does feel strange that the fairy companion has so little to her.
[18+ Scense]
Every character gets 1 special scene and then they all share the same bj and fuck scene. A little disappointing but this could be changed later or we could just get a more in the future under different circumstances. The games well enough without them, but it's only natural to want more especially since the special scene is at rank 9 after their romance end so until then it's a bit generic.
And again, all the enemies don't have any scene to them, just their to be slain.
There's also the special gallery available to patrons and I'm not sure if that's special scenes or just all of them you've seen in the game. The Patreon is down for some reason so I couldn't tell you. This is a little frustrating because I would like to see some cgs again, but if it was the special scene case then I can live with it.
[Bugs]
After I beat the succubus as my 3rd, or was it 4th(?), boss the cutscene after didn't play and I had to use the escape key.
[General complaints]
There is no menu to this game other than the first time. The beginning plays and then you immediately go into your current save. Well, I should say your ONLY save as there is multiple slots you can go into. This can be a problem if your on hard as money scales higher or if you want to increase or lower the difficulty as you have no screen for that.
Remember the above mentioned different dialogues, I can't confirm that because I can't go to a previous save or start a new game to go and do the necromancer first to see if that's true at all. Now unless my specific download is like this for some utter reason there is no way to go back.
This puts a damper on things if you want to go to the beginning and try a new class selection. Yes you can change class at the guild at anytime, but sometimes I just want to go back and be a Woodland Warrior.
[Final Verdict]
Should you play Conquest and Desire. Yes I think you should at halfway through development the game is decently fun enough and the project far enough that even if you find at the end you don't like it it's free and you can drop it there. Any complaint I do have currently can be remedied in that time as who knows what a year from now will bring. Perhaps there will be more scenes (be they with enemies of combinations of the girls who knows), a fairy line of quests, and after the final 2 of the seven are beaten maybe even a new threat only unlocked after.
Unfortunately, the patron is down for some reason, as stated above, so I can't see any news on the game barring joining the discord and I don't feel like pestering the dev. Still I give it a 3.6/5 brought down by the complaints but if the above complaints aren't something you care for it's a solid 4.2/5 game even if I wish it had a proper gallery, but I'm gradding as a game not just as fap material.
but hey I'm just some dude.
A review of the current state of Succubus Hunt.
Succubus hunt is a sides scroller/puzzle where you play as...I don't think the protagonist has been given a name so let's call him Hubert. No reason I just like the name (This post will be edited if he has a name I missed) and his wisp companion Willow after the world has been invaded and fallen into ruin from Succubus.
It can also be played with only one hand, and we can all agree that's a big benefit.
Story
Honestly the story is just that above. Even with some choices and reveals latter on the story isn't the deepest thing, it's mostly character interactions. There is a single choice that might affect the outcome and it depends on your feelings on a temporary companion, but just incase I'll put that in the spoiler section.
Some might find this annoying as they want a 'grand complex narrative' and while I put that in quotations to be a snarky asshole, I can agree that a complex narrative is always appreciated but too many games and stories have tried to be overly complex and paid the price. While there is more going on in the lore of the world, the story is rather straightforward and honestly.
That's weirdly refreshing.
Gameplay
As said it's a side scroller and a bit of a platformer, with light puzzles. Nothing two difficult as you have to avoid the succubus that want to drain you. You get 3 to 5 chances (an extra 2 can be purchased from an infrequent shop that's not all that expensive) and if you run out game over, with a little written section at the end where you see how Hubert turned out.
There's a grand total of 2 'boss' sections that shouldn't take two long. One just requries running and pressing the W ket, and the is on an on rails section that the game tells you how to get to. So you know you/Hubert should listen to that.
I might not have a handful of times...
Hubert also gains a lot of mask that affect his abilities. From the rabbit mask which makes you sprint and jump faster and to to the pig mask which lets you do a side quest
This can get annoying because to cycle through them you need to hold w and then press shift, and no you can do them at the same time. There's also the fact that you need to cycle through each mask in order if you want to get to the correct one.
Minor complaints but a mask wheel or some feature would be appreciated. (or just not forcing me to hold W no matter what I make the keybind, I hate that so much.)
oh on the topic keybinds. Disappointingly you can only mess with run, jump, and mask (with one button hardlocked annoyingly) not a deal breaker for me because the keys are fine enough, and those 3 things are what you want anyway.
Back to the actual game there are sidequest in this game. Nothing to hard most are just getting things for people, but a handful are unique like the pig herding.
There's also the completely optional dream towers that you can visit for special girls. Nothing forces you there, it's an entirely optional thing when you get the key. Just to go back and visit all of them.
[Characters]
Well there's you Hubert our main character who has to go through this, He also has a tendency to get hooked on monster pussy in the bad endings which isn't always the worst end.
Willow our wisp who wants to help us, she also alerts us of monsters and keeps track of our general well being. Like a mom only like small and without the incest implications of that one scene.
EXEPCT IS ISN"T
The game is marked with out lovely wizard Astral who shows up whenever you get her coins [Note no you can note use the coins you find everywhere, you need the G-Coins]. These coins are used to unlock the scenes in the gallery, and in any order. From the current end game to the first enemy you can unlock them all if you play her game, listen to her dialogue, and find dem coins
all the of the monster girls have a little bit of writing and personality themselves. Not the most deep thing, but for a genre where the monster girls are either totally only about draining or lovey dovey it's nice to get some with a few personalities.
And by a few there's like 80 girls or such so far so...you got a lot to pick from.
[Spoilers]
So let's talk Umbra. Umbra is the other character I mentioned above where you have to make a choice to condem all the monsters or try to stop them from being sent back. Umbra was one of the beginning monsters, but after a section where you help each other out you leave on decent terms.
Personally, I enjoy Umbra, so you can imagine what I chose.
[Bugs]
I only encountered 1. If you hide while under the water the game locks you in place. You might ask why I did that, but it was a misinput and I found I had to redo the area.
Several times.
It was the only bug I encountered, so I can't complain much, but it is worth noting.
[Conclusion/Finally]
Succubus Hunt is worth the price of 5 dollars, maybe even 10. While not the longest game I've played, I think it ran some 4 ish hours, it knows not to overstay it's welcome. Barring the puzzle in fallen forest (3,1,2,4 how I do not get the hint and I wish I did but I brute forced it) it's an enjoyable game. It doesn't overstay it's welcome and it's only 80% done.
I need to stress this game was made in what is almost a years time and if all goes correct from the end screen will be done by december. For a first project to come out this soon and be this good its nothing short of commendable. If you want an inexpensive porn game that doesn't waste your time and is enjoyable to boot you can't get better than this one.
Current state of the game 4/5 stars, I'll rate if officially when it fully comes out. I look forward to any future products of Multby6
Well somehow some way you broke RPG Maker MV, within the first minute of the game the Crow Maiden uses dual attack and that cause the game to freeze because it can't find Stateup.
Yes, I know that I can sidestep the issue using thunder, but it doesn't bode well if within the first encounter the game just has a chance to freeze.
Also, there's no way to go back when you go into the room with blood everywhere with the little knife.
Finally, there's being inspired by Fear and Hunger, and just wholesale taking the background and making the first enemy it's most iconic monster. Also, I'm pretty that sitting pose is just ripped from the game as well. Look I'll give you the benefit of the doubt your not trying a scam, but like you might want to let this cook in the oven for a little while longer.
A review of the current state of Smash the Guild
I played around the time that SMG first came out, and it was the definition of a frustrating, tedious game. If the game was still like that, I'd probably not write anything and just continue on with my life.
However the game has changed and improved itself, so I'll talk about that.
[Story]
You play as Gob (or whatever you name yourself) a goblin who wants to do what the title says because the Heroine(who is currently unnamed) killed his village.
...
that's about it. Along the way you capture Yui and Amy because...
They're right there.
Why shouldn't you?
[Gameplay]
While it's turn based it does use EXP as a currency system. In the 0.1 this took the form as the most annoying most perfection demanding fucking mini-game I've ever played. As of 0.3 they changed it so that it's a more genuinly fun bullet hell where you grab a sparkle. I'll give props this little evade mini game isn't annoying it also doesn't force you to sleep once before walking over and doing a more frustrating mini game.
You don't level up you go to Penny and get your stats directly upgraded. It's a different system than normal, but it's a nice change of pace.
There's also a handful of puzzles and their solidly put together. Nothing there that makes me angry or incredibly confused, and honestly I like the few that were there.
Amy's boulder rush is cancer and I don't care that I have to put it on easy, that shit's annoying otherwise.
[Bugs]
The game just broke one when I opened the menu in Amy's house once because the swimsuit sprite wasn't found. Why that happened I don't know.
There was another thing, but I'll put it in the next section because I don't know if it's a bug or not.
[Conclusion and critique]
Smash the Guild clearly has effort put into it. That being said it has a major issue.
It has no story.
I get it we all know what a goblin is, but as it is there's nothing to grab on to for this. We have no idea about Gob and his village, the world we live in, or any reason about anything.
How does Gob know about the guild?
Why do Amy and Yui count as his revenge when their not even a part of the guild, just random girls.
Why does the demon specifically save Gob.
Why, why, why are things I am constantly asking with the game. To the point I'm asking why do I care that Gob accomplishes his goal.
This could have been fixed with like a short section where we see Gob in his village and what that was like. Are goblins just rapist monsters, well than why didn't he try anything with Penny? Are they an actual society or just pest.
I get this is only 0.3 but that should mean that the intro should be stronger. It's the thing that is supposed to draw people in. I'm not asking for a massive story driven game, but like anything being there would be nice.
That being said there is effort that I enjoy. I do want to wait some time just to see where this project goes.
{things I just remembered}
When I did Yui's card quest the wolf Gob mentioned didn't exist. I can't tell if this was him lying or the wolf just didn't spawn.
Why can I see the swimsuit option if I can't buy them. This just annoys me.
In the gallery you can see the different path to get Yui is grey out because you can't get it. Why not just unlock?
That's all I had to say about the game so far. I wonder what I'll be like in the future.
Calling DO! lazy is an insult to they're work since unlike a lot of good developers they've actually made a game and a tiny side project. They're process is just different since they just work on a whole lot and then publish it instead of the monthly updates.
There was a lot of content in Bunny Hunter 1 and that game took 2 years, so I'm going to assume this ones also going to take some time
It's good to see your still making games, and from the demo I can already tell it's going to be a good one. I'll guess I'll leave a review and my 2 cents so far.
I like that you put the effort to make the classes each have a different sprites for Pixey and B depending on the class because it wasn't something you needed to do, but the extra effort is seen and appreciated.
The only real grip I had is that by the time I had started unlocking new moves, level 10, I had already beaten the game and was looking to see if there was some way to see the sprites in the gallery or they were just there for the future. Which had really surprised me as most games handed you your second move by level 3 to 5, I think even your previous game did that. By not having anything beyond 1 move and the basic attack the game feels kind of limited even if this is supposed to be a demo. I was even shocked that to just kind didn't have any usage, if it was a different class, I don't know I played cleric, but I was a little surprised Ninja didn't. So, it just kind of hung useless since I couldn't even convert into mana, granted that hasn't been in every game I've played so take that more as a suggestion.
So, I guess maybe getting some moves earlier would be it.
The rest is completely randoms suggestions that you can ignore if you think you won't use them.
Since you get locked into your core type at the beginning hopefully the classes learn some skills that are outside their core. It is pretty boring only brining a character because they're the right color.
Maybe the more physical classes actually using TP maybe Orange(F) for more physical since she does use knives.
Potentially a color change for Ninja, granted even I think that's a stretch since you'd have to do more work and your already done far enough, since you get stuck with 3 girls of the same core type if you go that path. Although saying that it just might be easier to make Orange a different color since her boss is dark blue and red.
Again, completely ignorable and honestly who's to say what you have planned. I already plan on sending some money your way when I get paid, and I want to see this game reach its conclusion. And before I go I just have to say maybe don't be as hard on your first game.
Sure, it had its bugs, but it was still a fine game you should be proud of. Some people with Patreon's are on their first, and you're out here on your 3rd. You're an inspiration honestly and even if it's for some jokes try not to be so hard on yourself. And as for the inspiration...
Well, you've inspired me to try and reach for my dreams...
Anyway, all I've said might not matter anyway because in the end.
I'm just some dude.
Hey my man this dude tryin to claim this is his.
Doki Doki Hentai Club (+18) by Flexim (itch.io)
Spammed it in like every popular adult game. I just throught you should know.
The definition of short but sweet. It really feels different from other FNAF adult visual novels just off the chance you could die. The art isn't bad either which helps.
It's a nice set up for the later game/nights. A short introduction and shows a bit of the man character and even gives hints as to a little more from the death scenes. Can't wait to see what else comes from this.
I don't play many visual novels +18 or in general. I'm more of a let me play a game instead of read a book, I like reading but sometime you just wanna play a game. But sometimes I'll take a risk and see what one's about.
The early game defiantly got me as it test me on random facts I knew as a of history and random chemical facts, so that grabbed me, and I didn't miss it to much when the actual plot got going. The plot itself is pretty good and didn't make me question twenty thousand things, and I wanna talk about that real quick.
My biggest problem is when a story takes a long time different things sometimes get very complex for better or worst. An example Lesson in Love got pretty complex but it never felt overbearing since you went in knowing things were kinda fucky, but Trouble in Paradise I got to what I'm assuming is the halfway point before I dropped it.
Of course the other big thing is humor, but that only saves so much of novel if I'm just not having fun. There's a few other factors like how much of a sense of disbelief I can have, and character's and those both play big roles in my enjoyment .
I've gotten off topic, point the the plot didn't make itself super complex, The story's about a cult and it ends with a story about a cult. Some of the twist are a little predictable, but the story stands well enough on it's own. There's also 1 thing in it.
Every game, no matter the genre, has that character. The character that comes in and steals the show and heart somehow. In Harem Hotel it was Android for example, and this game is no exception. Stabby Mike, gutted the competition, and then became the ringleader of the circus.
If there's a world where he's still in that cell rotting, I don't wanna be apart of it. This guy came in and went well beyond the call of duty even amount blood debts. Didn't ask for anything just smiled and shot one of my problems away and left saying we'll meat again. A few more people may have died than needed, but you can't build an orphanage without making a few orphans.
10/10 would recommend to people who want a good visual novel and wanna meet the dnd character brought to the novel that is Stabby Mike.
So I'll say it because apparently it's a big deal. I thought it was all a joke to be honest because it's so extreme that you have to be extremely far right or left to take it seriously. Like to be fair once you get out of the beginning the game itself doesn't seem to take itself super serious(until the end of this update holy shit that's came outta no where) so that's my stance.
It was an unrealistic scenario so it had unrealistic extremes for humor, so I found it funny. I get that isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it's mine. I didn't think anything of the author's political stance because I've written some fanfiction with things I didn't 100% agree with so I don't attribute everything there with myself.
But at the end of the day I'm just some dude.
A dude who just likes the way the humor as is.
