This game is made with Ren'Py and has a self-voicing mode. To enable it, press v. If it's not working, let me know so I can adjust the accessibility tags.

I thought the backrooms lore was pretty cool. The game does take a bit to build up, but it's very intriguing. I was kind of confused about the card minigame, but I was able to figure it out later. Is it possible to beat it?

Thanks for the feedback! I like your suggestion about making the gameplay loop more interesting. For the characters, we used free art from NSAID.

Love the witty dialogue. It was definitely an experience for me!

Thanks for the comment!

Very fun game! The large map allows for replayability, which is helpful when you restart.

Thanks for playing! A hint to unlocking the basement is to explore the kitchen.

This is a pretty fun and relaxing game!

Thanks!

This was a cool game! Question: did Goku turn Super Saiyan or Kaio-ken?

Love the atmosphere of this game!

Thanks so much!

Thanks for playing!

The bug with the "Back" button overlapping with the menu icon has been fixed!

Really fun turn-based strategy game! One thing I wish was that the combat didn't start immediately so I have time to prepare.

I'll give a hint, check the kitchen 😉

I'm glad you enjoyed the story, mechanics, and music! This is the first version since we're submitting it to a game jam. Thanks for leaving the notes, we'll take a look at them!

Were you able to unlock the safe?

Appreciate the feedback! Good catch on the infinite money bug, we ran out of time in implementing a fixed time system. The lag is probably due to the fact that we forgot to optimize the assets in our web build. Thanks once again for playing!

Thanks for the feedback and rating our game! I agree that the balance can be adjusted. Credits for the developers can be found on GitHub and we used Ren'Py as the game engine.

Thanks for playing!

Really liked the cute art and sound effects!

Pretty fun game!

Yep it was the harp!

Great use of FX in your tracks as it added to the ambience! My favorite track is "Distant Recollections" because I enjoyed the soft piano tones.

Thanks for the feedback!

I really like how you used the motif of 5 throughout your tracks. The strings and guitar complement each other very well. My favorite track is "Crossroads".

Thank you for the detailed feedback, appreciate it!

Lovely piano pieces. I really enjoyed the arpeggios in "Origins".

Thanks for the review!

Love the style of your tracks! I can hear the Nine Inch Nails references. Great use of SFX, especially the bubbles, birds, etc. My favorite track is "Metro In The City".

Appreciate the feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed the bubbles!

What an epic track. The buildup was amazing!

Great ear for identifying the chord progression! Thanks for the feedback.

The vocal effects fit nicely in that track!

I'm impressed with the number of tracks you composed, each with its distinctive style and color. Is that your vocals in "Battle Against Barney"? It was a nice surprise!

Thanks for listening!

Very pleasant and bouncy tracks! I enjoyed the variety of genres used. My favorite one is "Mechacanthine Chaos".
