Thank you for playing! We're honestly so surprised and thankful to have made it with all the great games in this jam. Happy to hear you enjoyed!

Sounds more like a skill issue on my end- I’ll have to give it another shot and do better

Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for playing :)

Thank you for the feedback- very happy to hear you got some good feeling combos!

Thanks for playing! Happy to hear you found the placement satisfying, that’s definitely a really important part of our design.

This is super interesting. I think the freedom of placement is deceptive in making the player feel like they have more control of the structure than they do. This is really clever because then when the tower falls, I have no one to blame but myself. No time pressure, just my own terrible placements!

The final jump is -whew-

The physics here create one of the more genuinely interesting platformers I've seen. I love the way momentum plays into the movement and the way the pieces slot together like cogs to create some really interesting interactions.

This is very clever, well done!

This is a nice entry. I really like the sound design, especially the effect for completing a line. I also think the addition of extra columns as you scale out is a very interesting play on classic Tetris. I wish there were more varied shapes, especially early on, as they early levels make it easy to simply wait for the perfect piece to appear. Really nice art direction as well- I love the background for the board as well as the main background with all the bees!

I can tell that there is a really nice game in here, but there a few issues which prevent the game from reaching its potential. As others have said, the world is done in a beautiful style, but it is very difficult to navigate, especially in a game which should really reward map knowledge. It would also be great to get more information about the different colors and what they do compared to each other. Final small gripe is that I'd love if it was a little easier to tell which direction the character is facing.

As a general concept though, this is very nice and I would be happy to play again in a version with clearer UI elements.

This is pretty clever. I didn't love the start at first, but once it became more bullet-hell style, I liked it a lot more. I like the addition of some cover mechanics, although I didn't find myself using the glass-reflection effect really at all. Nice work :)

This is nice- I almost fell for the trap on level 4, but I managed to avoid wasting my eraser! Music and sounds would definitely be a huge upgrade, but in terms of gameplay, this is a cohesive and well thought out idea. Good work!

This is a pretty fun "masterpiece". Definitely a little slow toward the end of the game just waiting for my ice to produce, but still a fun time watching the balls bounce inside the igloo. Nice work!

This is cute! The movement mechanics take a bit to get used to but only because they're creative, so that's definitely not a bad thing. Nice work!

Thanks for playing- glad you enjoyed the music too!

Thanks for the feedback! It was definitely hard to get the balance right when it came to size as we were scaling out with the zoom level. Fullscreen does help like you said, but that doesn't mean we can't still try to improve!

We can't make it TOO easy for you!! Happy to hear you enjoyed, thanks for playing!

This is great- I really hope you're able to add updates to this when the jam is over, as I will definitely be coming back to this from time to time. And no screws! Great touch :)

Very creative idea- it reminds me of games like Evoland. It's fun to see the different iterations of the game come to life. I found the Tetris parts a bit tedious as the cursor position would move up slightly after picking up a piece which made small adjustments on the grid extra challenging- not sure if this is a user issue though. Overall, clever and clean execution!

Creative idea and good implementation. This would definitely benefit from some quality of life updates like a hotkey to switch tabs, and maybe a screen that would show you a preview of what's on the other screen to make it more incentivized to swap tasks when you aren't "finished" with what you're doing. Core loop works well though, good job!

This is really brilliant! Fantastic minimalist puzzle design, and the scale takes off so quickly. Really great job :)

This is a very clever puzzle game. I love the zoom in and out for some added flavor in the level variety. Keeping the values of 1-4 even on the larger boards creates some really interesting designs which I really enjoyed. Nice work!

This is a neat puzzle concept. I am pretty sure I was playing correctly, trying to use only the allotted right clicks to be able to  left click the whole group at once? As another pointed out, it seems like you can just left click as many times as you want with no penalty, but I assume this is not the intended way to play. Either way, I think it's an interesting idea, and I liked it!

This is really neat! I ran into an issue where I somehow crashed the game by clicking on the smelter. I'm a huge fan of Satisfactory, and this manages to capture a bit of the logistics puzzle, albeit on a small scale. As another commenter said, more incentive to use conveyers would be good, but personally I like the look so chose to use them anyway even when I didn't NEED to.

This is really interesting. Part of me was confused, but also I managed to still solve the puzzles even if I didn't fully understand what I was doing. Really creative idea and implementation either way- nice work!

After checking out your itch page, I remember your loot game from last year's jam! Really great to see a familiar dev and feel the community!

This is so juicy, I love it. I don't know if I would've been able to beat a fifth level, but I guess we'll never know ;)

Awesome to see another neon-synthy game about bigger and bigger squares, but with completely different mechanics from ours. Great job!

This is a really clever game. Since making our game with a neon-synthwave aesthetic, I can't get that vibe out of my head, so this is a nice not-too-different break from my own prison. Great job!

Thanks for playing! We definitely wanted to keep your first play feeling like "How big are we getting?" and your second play+ to feel like "How big can I score?"

Very well executed concept. I found that the H key to show the intended pose felt a little awkward- I would maybe like just having the desired photo on-screen at all times. I didn't think the poses added too much from a gameplay perspective, but I did enjoy having them there for a little extra flavor. Really digging the art direction here as well. Nice job!

This is a nice tactical puzzle. As others have said, I didn't fully understand what was happening at first, but once I began to get it, I could see how clever the ideas are. More levels at the larger scale would be great, as I think it takes all of the levels here to fully grasp the core concepts.

Really well-done art and design concept. I don't think there's anything wrong with a short game when it is well-executed at every step. My only issue was that I found the eyes a little difficult to get ahold of, but all things considered, this is just a cohesive and complete experience.

This is a neat game. I'd love if there was a timer for the waves and/or some kind of planning or build phase, at least at the very beginning. Additionally, it would be great to have some way of gauging how well I'm doing at any time. I think the range indicators for the defenses are well done, and I really like the freedom of how to expand and grow my grid.

Still typed faster than some of my coworkers... I personally didn't really mind the tedium of the gameplay, as I thought the story was concise enough to be enjoyable before it got rough. Nice work!

Rip, I could NOT find the scorpion. I thought maybe you were big-braining and it was going to be the Scorpius constellation, so I unlocked my scroll wheel and went as far out as possible. I proceeded to lose track of the planet, sealing my fate. Great experience :)

I love the dynamic music for each area; that honestly might be my favorite part of this game. I really felt like I could visit each biome independently. Very nice job!

This is legendary- I had a smile on my face the entire time I played this. I'm most proud of my Girl with Earring, but I think I managed to get the owl down despite not feeling like I had all the colors I needed for that one. This is such a well-implemented concept, and I could see more and more pictures and themes being added. I'd love to see something like a difficulty score bonus to incentivize choosing some of the more complicated pictures. Really great work!

Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed. We definitely think a more dynamic zoom would be interesting, and it would be totally necessary if we ever made the grid expand any further.

Thanks for playing, hope it helped you get some gains in your brains!

Thanks for the detailed comments! That's a great score- happy to hear you stuck with it.

We've actually been experimenting with the idea of each filled level becoming a tile of its size to be placed on a larger level. Maybe a little too crazy but we'll see!

Thanks for playing, we're really glad you enjoyed, and happy we could hook you for a few in a row ;)

This is an excellent abstract puzzle. This is the kind of game I really like, and I will definitely be playing more of this as the jam continues. Our game is also tile placement, but with a lot of differences as well. Happy to be sharing the space with you!
