If you had enabled the cloud save, you shouldn't have to worry about it since your save should be safe in the cloud.

If not, you can find your save folder at this location:

simply back up this folder, and copy it at the same place on your new device

The save files are located elsewhere, so don't worry, uninstalling all versions will not delete your saves.
