sounds like a sequel to me

I would be very interested in learning how you got godot to interface with an n64 rom.

It's the zip file. The model isn't textured in the windows model viewer, blender doesn't recognize it either, and i am not competent enough apply the texture myself : )

I dont think the textures are mapped anymore

I don't think importing is working in godot 3.5. It only shows as a empty tileset.
