Hello! I'm sorry to say this, but I noticed that your game was submitted just a few hours after the Game Jam started. Since one of the rules states that the game must be created during the Game Jam (at least, most of it), it seems that we need to disqualify the game, as it appears to have been made beforehand. If there has been any misunderstanding, please let me know. We hope to see you in future Game Jams!

Hello! I’ve played your game, and it seems like a very interesting proposal that I enjoyed quite a bit. However, I haven’t seen any erotic content, either implicit or explicit, which is a requirement for this Game Jam. If you didn’t have time to add it, don’t worry—you can always update the game after the submission deadline. And if the content is actually somewhere in the game that I missed, please let me know. The game has its merits—good job!
Hello! Sorry for the inconvenience, but it doesn't seem like the Game Jam theme is present in the game. Also, after a quick search in the game files, it appears you started the project in March 😅. If there's been a misunderstanding, you can clarify it without any issue. However, if not, I regret to inform you that I'll have to disqualify the game. The Game Jam is about having fun and learning along the way, and I believe it wouldn't be fair to submit a game made in advance. I'd love to see a game from you in the next NSFW MiniJam, so feel free to join if you're interested. Good luck, I see this is your first project. I hope everything goes well for you!
Hi there! Sorry to reach out to you here, but it seems like you either have a different name on Discord or you're not on the server. As mentioned on the Game Jam page, one-year OccaSoftware keys are being randomly distributed among participants. You've been lucky enough to win one, so I'd like to know if you'd like to claim the key, distribute it randomly among participants, or give it to someone specific. If you'd like the license, please let me know how I can contact you privately to send it to you. Thank you very much for participating!
I'll send you the link so you can see if you're interested. https://www.occasoftware.com/

While playing, I realized that Edmond clearly has cheats activated lol. Now, reading the comments, is when I realize it wasn't just me XD. Anyway, I love the artistic style of the game, I adore pixel art. Also, the gameplay is quite intriguing, and I love the twist you've given to the classic hide-and-seek. I really enjoyed your game. Great job! It truly feels like you've put a lot of time into this project. Hopefully, you had fun in this Game Jam!
I think I've never focused so much, not even in an FPS XD Honestly, I find it a super original idea, and I love it. The art is beautiful, and I like the music. It's a pleasant experience, and it can practically be extended indefinitely. I love your game. Very good job, it's an incredibly good game with a lot of effort behind it. Keep going with your journey in game dev! I'm glad you have your dream job, keep it up!
Wow, it has been a very curious experience. As always: I love your artistic style, it's very cute and unique. On the other hand, the story is interesting from the beginning, and it left me intrigued about some things (it was so interesting that at times I forgot it was a NSFW game). Maybe I would have missed the sound section, because I didn't hear anything, but other than that, I liked it. Great job, you really put a lot of effort into it!
Well, the truth is that I haven't received any complaints about the game, so I'm going to leave it as it is. Sorry for being so harsh, but I was afraid someone would end up traumatized (you have to understand that the way you describe the game, makes it seem like one is about to enter the Deep Web, so it's normal to be a little scared XD), or that Itch.io would break my... Well, you know what I mean hahaha.
I emphasized the issue of warnings because I saw a few comments mentioning that they didn't expect what they found, so I got a bit worried. Just keep in mind that you're dealing with very specific fetishes, which may not entirely fit the overall tone of the Game Jam. Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you had fun making the game for the Jam, and trying out the other games!
I understand your points and appreciate your explanation of how you perceive your work. It's important for me to understand your vision and intention behind the content. However, I still have concerns about the intensity of the content in relation to the overall tone of our Game Jam.
I suppose the ideal thing would be to ask all participants for their opinion regarding gore in general. On the other hand, I would suggest that you include several warnings, both prominently in the game and outside of it. Just to ensure that people sensitive to this type of content don't play it by accident. Thank you for your understanding, and sorry for bothering you.
Hi!
Gore content can be potentially disturbing and may not be suitable for all participants, especially those who are not comfortable with explicit images of violence or blood. Since we want to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all participants, it's important to avoid content that may cause unnecessary discomfort or distress.
Additionally, as this is an NSFW Game Jam, it's important to focus on adult content in a way that is creative and stimulating, while also respecting the boundaries of what is acceptable for our community of participants. Therefore, we have decided that gore content does not align with the overall tone of the Game Jam.
In general, I respect artistic integrity because I find it very important. After all, art is free, and it's beautiful to see how each person expresses it. I'm just saying that maybe this Game Jam isn't the right fit for the type of content you're sharing.
Additionally, I would recommend putting a disclaimer at the beginning of the game, if you haven't already. Just so that people aren't taken by surprise XD.
I'm delighted to seek a solution to the issue because I don't want to disqualify the game either (I understand how hard it must have been to work on the game for the Jam), but it's still somewhat intense content for this Game Jam. I'm not sure how you see it. And forgive me for sending you these messages; I know they're quite a hassle, but it seemed important to clarify things.
Hello! I couldn't find another way to contact you, but I've noticed that you've published a rather peculiar game. I wanted to respectfully warn you that your game might be violating some guidelines of Itch.io. Additionally, the rules of the Game Jam specify that no games with strong themes such as gore are allowed. However, I haven't checked the game myself because I'm quite sensitive to these things, so forgive me. If you'd like to provide any clarification, I'm more than happy to hear what you have to say. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Menudo vicio.
