It's very easy to dismiss the love and care we get from others - it was easy for me, for sure - but you can never dismiss the love and care you give yourself. This is still a big part of my life as of now: the idea that I have to be able to love and forgive myself, and treat myself just like I'd treat someone else. Do I always do that?
