it says i need to work with celia, emma, and katy now, but i cant find any page that lets me progress, what do i do
Do you have a screenshot? The story is quite lenghty, so I am not sure at what point of it you are haha.
But usually, Emma can be access through the phone menu (there is no phone UI though, but it's around the options you have in your house), and Katy and Celia probably accessed through visiting their rooms. I don't recall that the time of the day mattered but perhaps that can help it.
