My bad. I now noticed i skipped some quests and gone straight to completing dethroaning the queen. My apologies for that but yes its quest related about doing something about Lindsey's fall and being there after. Because if you don't do something then you won't be able to be there after. If you can put this info on the wiki if there is one
No problem. There is technically a Fandom page for this game but it is severely lacking in anything useful and I have no clue how to use that site's features. At last check for me the only things you can find are a list of feats (which they have listed as achievements), a dubious item list, and some sprite.
