As it's been almost 3 years since the public release with no other updates, I'm assuming this is an abandoned project?

they had an update post on the patreon from 3 days ago, unity build is progressing at a good clip now by the grace of a skilled unity dev they got a few months ago. it's not playable yet (and hoo boy is there a backlog of scenes to implement still), but a beta test is being aimed for some time in august.
