Feels a bit like Plague Inc.

Great little game and nicely done with getting the game/game page visuals to match up so neatly!

I think that one thing that would make this more interesting is having some kind of country reluctance to the quarantine action, I found I was able to clamp on any outbreak pretty easily.

thanks for the feedback

Awesome visuals and idea! If you fix up some of the janky controls and toss in a short tutorial section or something this would be a super great game!

Developer

appreciate it

Great game, congratulations.

Thanks

Cool concept but flawed controls, also in my opinion a youtube tutorial is a bit too much of an ask for a browser game, although the concept was cool, and I liked the pixel art.

Similar to other commenters I enjoyed it but didn't really understand what the quarantine symbol did, and the wall building tool was very difficult to use. I'm not sure whether either of those were intentional.

But the core loop was very engaging. I had a few games there I won by within a few seconds. A few where it just spiraled and I lost quickly. And one game where I managed to wall off each outbreak as it came but could never quite stamp it out before a new outbreak happened somewhere else. Which felt ripped straight from the headlines. That alone means this game is quite a success. Well done!

Thank you I appreciate the feedback. Also the quarantine symbol is supposed to get rid of the source, meaning if you don't use it, there's a high chance it will start again in the same area. And yes the walls didn't exactly work as intended.

Game was super engaging, partly because of the addictive gameplay and partly due to the cute and simple art.

I wish I had a better idea of what my tools did, took me a few tries to graps the concepts at hand.

Otherwise I had a great time trying your game out, so impressed you managed to do it all in scratch! Great job!

Thanks!

I have no idea how you made this in scratch as it is such a solid game. My only feedback is to have an in-game tutorial because for example couldn't understand what W does and thought I could place a wall every 5 seconds or so. Otherwise, cool game and a great entry!

Thank you very much!

I just realized the game was made in scratch. The fact that you made this in scracth just blews my mind.
