Asesmen autentik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penilaian kinerja dan tes uraian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 20 Bandung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. LED (light emitting diode) lamp contains blue light and exposure to blue lights at night may caus... more LED (light emitting diode) lamp contains blue light and exposure to blue lights at night may cause physiological disruption to an organism such as stress and depression. Depression is normally treated with antidepressant drugs that can lead to a side effect. Therefore , natural ingredients can be used as an alternative treatment. The aim of this study was to examine the activity of Peppermint (Mentha piperita) as an antidepressant agent in decreasing stress behavior of rats showed by its immobility time. Seventy-five male Wistar rats with 250-300 g average weight were divided into 5 groups and treated, as follows: (1) non-stressed, (2) blue light + aquades, (3) blue light + mint extract 140 mg/kg, (4) blue light + mint extract 280 mg/kg, and (5) blue light + fluoxetine (antidepres-sant drug) 14 mg/kg. Blue light exposure was given for 7 days with various photoperiod, ie 12 bright / 12 dark, 18 bright / 6 dark, and 24 bright / 0 dark. At the end of treatments, all rat was assigned on the FST (Forced Swimming Test) for immobility time measurements. Blue light exposure for 18 and 24 hours appear to cause depression-like symptoms. The Peppermint extract (140 mg/kg and 280 mg/kg) showed a significant antidepressant-like effect in the immobility and swimming time on FST. The results were almost similar to the result obtained for fluoxetine administration. Therefore, it can be concluded that Mentha piperita is potentially to act as an antidepressant as shown by decreasing the rat's immobility time and increasing swimming time on FST.

Authentic assessments used in this research are performance assessment and essay. This research uses descriptive method. The population in this research is class XI of SMAN 20 Bandung. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling. Based on this research, the quality of authentic assessment showed validity for performance assessment 0.95 (high) and the reliability 0.92 (very high), while the validity of essay 0,98 (very high) and the reliability of 0.96 (very high). Based on the observation of the effectiveness of the implementation of authentic assessment and student questionnaire, the level of enforceability of authentic assessments are included into good category at preparation phase assessment, implementation assessment and reflection. Profile competence skills, most students are in very good category, while the competence of knowledge, most students is categorized adequate for each indicator question.
