This study is motivated by the hustle and bustle occurred as the result of the socialization of MyPertamina, a digital payment service for subsidized fuel customers in 11 areas of 4 provinces in Indonesia. The hustle and bustle can be viewed as customer distrust of MyPertamina. However, customer trust is a business success key. Is MyPertamina a solution or problem maker for customers to buy subsidized fuel? Design/methodology/approach The design of this study is survey. Primary data are collected through questionnaires sent to subsidized fuel customers in the socialization areas of MyPertamina. The data are processed using SPSS and Amos programs. This is conducted through a survey. Data are taken from students of the Economics Education Study Program, Teacher Training and Education Faculty of State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim, Riau by using a questionnaire in the form of google form link and analyzed with SPSS program. The results show that study program commitment has a significant effect on student loyalty. The finding also indicates that the study program commitment and student loyalty can be developed based on social exchange theory.

This study is a Quasi-experiment in nature. Purposeful sampling was used in this study. In total, 103 students made up the study's sample. We used two instruments to obtain this data: an experimental one and a validated one. The school has collected primary data in the form of student learning outcomes and secondary data in IQ test outcomes. On the other hand, a descriptive and inductive analysis was performed using a two-way analysis of variance. The study found that (1) the learning outcomes for students who were taught using the cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share were better than the outcomes for students who were taught using the traditional learning model. The design of this research is quantitative research. The sample of this study was 59 students of SMK MUhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru taken using a random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with the classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between comprehension in translating and interpreting the marketing mix for student purchasing decisions. However, there is no significant effect between comprehensions in extrapolating the marketing mix concept to student purchasing decisions. The objective of this research was to know the influences of advertising and Word Of Mouth (WOM) ... more The objective of this research was to know the influences of advertising and Word Of Mouth (WOM) toward customer motive to buy service products of education of FE UPY. Population for this research were all prospects coming into registration room of FE UPYgetting information about FE UPY from advertising and other people. Total of samples was 50 persons taken randomly by using convenience sampling method. For this research, the researcher developed 2 analyses namely: using multiple linear regression and determination coefficient on the 1st step and using simple linear regression and determination coefficient on the 2nd step. The result of research showed that advertising and WOM influenced customer motivestrongly to buy service products of FE UPY and advertising influenced WOM strongly enough toward service products of education of FE UPY.

As a country in which Muslims are the majority, everyone should realize that all are born as a leader who shall have the responsibility upon people’s welfare. But in reality, Indonesians are not wellbeing physically or spiritually. It absolutely defines that a leader should possess leadership knowledge to lead people, not only depend on the God’s will solely. A leader is not an innate. For this purpose, teachers have the responsibility and important role to succeed the educational leadership as earlier as possible. This article is a descriptive discussion which is aimed at describing the roles of teacher as motivator, leader, problem solver and students’ ally in modeling the leadership. The discussion shows that all the four roles of teachers give positive effect in gaining the learning objectives of educational leadership

Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang belajar IPS di Sekolah tersebut yang berjumlah sebanyak 660 orang dengan sampel siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 82 orang dan diambil secara Stratified Purposive Random Sampling. Data diambil dengan menggunakan angket dan setelah dilakukan uji asumsi klasik, dianalisa dengan regresi linear berganda. The objective of this dedication was to prepare the Youth of Karang Taruna Kecamatan Tanah Putih ... more The objective of this dedication was to prepare the Youth of Karang Taruna Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir as spearhead of poverty eradication toward ability to increase creative economic effort for themselves, organization and the communities around them, to train them to do creative economic business toward converting used goods to be goods having sale value and to help them to build their own creative economic business. The methods applied were presentation, games, case study, question and answer and all methods were applie by using andragogy approach. The result showed that all trainees were enthusiastic to have their own business. It was proved by the plans to set up business they presented. Besides all trainees could concert used goods to be goods having sale value like wallet, tissue box, pencil box, rice box, egg box and bag.
