Optimizing the processes that make up the drug circuit in each health facility is a major challenge for health facilities in Morocco. Indeed, this approach contributes to improving the quality of care by substantially reducing preventable medical errors, on the one hand; on the other hand, it serves economic objectives by making it possible to improve the efficiency of the available human resources, which constitutes from the outset an unavoidable strategy in the context of the chronic shortage of manpower and financial means in the nursing and pharmacy sectors. In this paper, we will present the importance of automated cabinets as an essential solution in the management of medicinal fluxes within Moroccan Hospitals. We will also take as an example the case of the Hassan II Fez University Hospital Center which has been able to show its interest to adopt a drug flow management instrument (automated cabinet - Med Station), the latter is a top priority in any medical and pharmaceutical activity, creating a well-secured and automated device with the participation of all health professionals.

The corporate social responsibility plays a key role in improving the image of the company and sustaining its activities. This concept must be taken into account in relation to human resources management.
