Informants in this study focused on PAI teachers in class VIII of State Junior High Schools in Padang City who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Researchers determined as many as nine informants or 12 percent of the total number of PAI teachers at State Junior High Schools in Padang City. Three data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Overall, this study shows that PAI teachers in class VIII at the State Junior High School level in Padang City already know the concept of tolerance which is in line with the notion of religious moderation. Based on the problem formulation, this research focuses on what are the values of Islamic education contained in the novel Janji by Tere Liye. In collecting data, the hermeneutic analysis was used to research and examine the Janji novel, in order to obtain data to determine the values of Islamic education in the novel. The collected data are grouped and then described. The findings of the collected values are grouped into three main themes, namely: 1) the value of faith, 2) the value of worship, and 3) the value of morality. The results of this can be used as initial data for future researchers in examining different issues related to this context.

Data was sourced from interviews with the Principal, Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, PAI teachers, and Counseling Guidance teachers. The results showed that the reality of delinquency in SMP Negeri 6 Bukittingi students was divided into 3 levels, the first being mild delinquency, for example coming late to school, dressing untidily, leaving class during PBM, and not doing assignments. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Angkatan 2017 Jurrusan Ilmu Agama Islam Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Padang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil IPK Mahasiswa adalah 92,35. (Hal ini jika mengacu pada standar Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) yaitu 3,65 ( 93) Maka dengan demikian mahasiswa yang memiliki IPK diatas 3,50, maka dengan itu dinyatakan prestasi belajar mahasiswa jurusan ilmu agama islam tinggi. The goal of national education is to develop the students’ potential to become virtuous, courteous, healthy, knowledgeable, skillful, creative, independent, democratic and responsible human beings, and be devoted to Allah S.W.T. In its implementation, Islamic Study subject has an important and strategic role in realizing the goals of national education. Generally, the teaching and learning process of this subject in university level is much better compared to the previous one, in either lecturer’s competence, curriculum or management system. Nevertheless, the fact also shows that most students take this subject only to complete the requirement of their study, not as a scientific need. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekaatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data analisis melalui tida tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan poin utama yaitu pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan melalui 2 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Dalam tahap perencanaan pembelajaran yang di lakukan oleh guru PAI yaitu merancang RPP dari kelas VII-IX. Perancangan RPP yang telah ditambah dengan poin pendidikan karakter religius, karakter disiplin, karakter tanggung jawab dan karakter mandiri. Kemudian dalam tahap pelaksaaan pembelajaran guru mengaplikasikan RPP yang telah dirancang sekaligus menanamkan nilai karakter religius, karater disiplin, karakter tanggung jawab dan karakter mandiri.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan kendala dalam pembelajaran daring, selanjutnya juga melihat apakah kendala yang ditawarkan pihak sekolah untuk menyeleseaikan permasalah tersebut. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan study kasus (case study). Sumber data diambil kepada 8 orang informan. Untuk memperkuat data penelitian penulis juga mengambil data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data wawancara dianalisis dengan cara pengumpulan, reduksi, pemyajian dan diakhiri dengan pengambilan kesimpulan, secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa, pertama, pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran pendidik menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan sistem pembelajaran daring, membuat program tahunan, program semester, silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, minggu efektif. Sumber data diambil dari sembilan orang informan melalui wawancara langsung ke lapangan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wali kelas, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan peserta didik. Untuk memperkuat data penelitian, penulis juga mengambil data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diambil melalui wawancara langsung yaitu dengan Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kesiswaan, guru PAI, dan peserta didik. Untuk memperkuat data penelitian penulis juga mengambil data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data wawancara dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Minat Belajar Peserta didik kelas VIII pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidik Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi, hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil analisis yang menunjukkan sebanyak 32 dari 48 peserta didik memiliki nilai skor antar 102-123 dengan kategori tinggi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Penulis memperoleh data dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII tahunn ajaran 2020/2021 SMP Negeri 1 Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, untuk sampel penulis mengambil 20% dari populasi yaitu sebanyak 48 responden.
