This case report provides an overview of a 22-year-old man who initially presented with an axillary mass and later received a diagnosis of a granular cell tumor. The mass was originally suspected of having a lymphoproliferative process, among other types of tumors. The report discusses the clinical presentation, imaging findings, histopathological characteristics, and treatment approach for this condition. Radiologically and pathologically, GCT can mimic other benign or malignant neoplasms. An accurate diagnosis is vital for proper treatment. This report emphasizes the importance of including GCT in the differential diagnosis of axillary masses, as well as the need for thorough diagnostic evaluation to ensure appropriate management and optimal outcomes for patients with this rare entity.
