The Purpose of this research is to know and analyze the dimensional influence of Good Governance of Corporate Social Responsibility and the value OF BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this research is a state-OWNED BUMN company. The number of companies that have been populated is the state owned enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 to 2018, as many as 115 companies. Sample determination using purposive sampling technique is sampling based on certain considerations or kreteria that must be fulfilled to be selected into sample and according to the object and purpose of the research. The company's population is selected samples that meet the criteria for companies listed on IDX in 2016-2018. The samples in this study were as many as 30 registered BUMN companies in IDX. The analytical Model used in this study is SEM-based components using PLS selected as an analysis tool on this research. The technique of Partial Least Squares (PLS) is chosen because the device is widely used for its intricate predictive causal-predictive analysis and is a suitable technique for use in predictive application and theoretical development as in this research. The results of this study inspired that Accountability positively and significantly affect the corporate social responsibility. Transparncy affects positively and insignificant to Corporate Social Responsibility. Partisipacy affects positively and significantly towards Corporate Social Responsibility. Accountability positively and significantly affect the value of the company. Transparancy affects positively and insignificant to the value of the company. Partisipacy influence positively and insignificant to the value of the company. Corporate social responsibility affects positively and significantly to the value of the company. Accountability positively and significantly influence the value of the company through the mediation of corporate social responsibility. Transparancy affects positively and insignificantly to the value of the company through the mediation of corporate social responsibility. This Study was conducted to analyze the influence of visionary leadership, implementation OF TQM, implementation OF SPMI against SPME and quality of private universities in Makassar city, to analyse the influence of visionary leadership, implementation OF TQM, implementation OF SPMI through SPME on the quality of private universities in Makassar city. The study used a quantitative approach by using primary data through a questionnaire of 200 respondents from a population of 400 lecturers. Research is conducted from October to January 2020. The Data is analyzed using SEM AMOS program. The results of this study show that: Visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on SPME. The implementation of TQM has negative and insignificant effect on SPME. The implementation of SPMI has positive and significant impact on SPME at private universities in Makassar city. Visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on college quality. The implementation of TQM has a significant and negative effect on college quality. SPMI implementation is positive and significant to the college quality. SPME has positive and significant effect on college quality. Visionary leadership has a negative and significant effect on college quality through SPME. The implementation of TQM has a negative impact and is not significant to higher education quality through SPME. SPMI implementation is negatively and significantly affected by the quality of college through SPME

This Study was conducted to analyze the influence of work environment, organizational culture, job satisfaction on the commitment and performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives AND SMEs South Sulawesi Province, to analyse the influence of commitment to employee performance. To analyse the impact of work environment, organizational culture, job satisfaction through commitment to the performance of employees in the Department of Cooperatives and SMES South Sulawesi province. The study used a quantitative approach by using primary data through a questionnaire of 172 respondents from a population of 300 employees (ASN). The Data is analyzed using SEM AMOS program. The results of this study show that: Menujukkna the working environment negatively affects and is not significant to the commitments while the organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on commitment and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the commitments, while the work environment is positively and significantly influential in the employee's performance and organizational culture is negative and significant to the employee's performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Commitments have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. Organizational culture has a negative and significant impact on performance through commitment. Job satisfaction has significant effect on employee performance through commitment.

Quantitative research is based more on data that can be calculated to produce a strong quantitative assessment. This research is explanatory which explains the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) in this case the motivation variables of organizational culture competency and employee performance variables as intevening variables to the dependent variable (the dependent variable) namely prisoners empowerment. With a total sample of 118 test samples using SEM. Based on results analysissobel test it is known that, competence on employee performance mediated by prisoners empowerment is insignificant, meaning that there is no influence of prisoners empowerment mediation in mediating the relationship of competence on employee performance in class II A penitentiary in Riau Islands (H9 rejected). This shows that the Competence on Performance through the empowerment of prisoners, has not been able to provide maximum indicators, because the Performance of Employees has not been able to overcome prisoners who like to drink liquor, shabu-shabu, etc. and from processing statistical data it is known that between the motivational variables on the empowerment of prisoners and Employee Performance. The results of these two values provide information that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the empowerment of prisoners and employee performancein a class II A penitentiary in Riau Islandsthe higher the motivation the higher the prisoner empowerment. from processing statistical data it is known that between the competency variables on prisoners empowerment and employee performance. Silk cloth is one of the Indonesian cultural heritages that has a variety of motives which contain meaning that is full of Bugis culture. To find out the purchase decision of Sengkang Silk, it is necessary to do research on customer value, brand image and promotion through a quantitative approach by means of questionnaire distribution. This study is expected to contribute to the government and craftsmen and producers to be able to evaluate sengkang silk products that relate to consumers in taking a purchase decision. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the influence of customer value, brand image and promotion of purchasing decisions shows good results even though it must be improved again.
