Salah satu sumber penyediaan air yaitu dari sumur gali yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat sebagai air b... more Salah satu sumber penyediaan air yaitu dari sumur gali yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat sebagai air bersih maupun air minum, namun seringkali memiliki kandungan Fe. Permenkes No. 32 (PMK) Tahun 2017 mengatur tentang batas maksimal kandungan Fe untuk air minum dan dan air bersih yaitu 1 mg/L. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat konsentrasi Fe pada sumur Gali Perumahan Dosen Kecamatan Kambu Kota Kendari, disesuaikan dengan ketentuan batas maksimal pada PMK No.32 Tahun 2017 yaitu 1 mg/L. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan melihat dampak lingkungan pencemaran Fe pada air sumur gali di Perumahan Dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berbasis analisis spektrofotometri. Pengukuran kandungan Fe yang terdapat pada 3 sampel air kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar standar maksimal Fe pada air minum mengacu pada PMK No.32 Tahun 2017 dan desain studi (ARKL). Mining activities usually are operated by companies and communities. The purpose of conducting this study was to determine vegetation composition in gold post-mining land managed by the Community Gold Post-Mining Land and PT Panca Logam Nusantara in Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted in October 2020. The method used in this study was plotted path method, carried out by placing transects by purposive sampling technique. Transects were systematically arranged with a between-transects distance of 50 m. Knowledge and attitude of workshop mechanics can influence the behaviour of workshop mechanics in managing B3 waste generated from motorcycle repair businesses. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of mechanics, mechanical attitudes, and patterns of reducing waste in two-wheeled motor vehicle workshops in Kendari City. The method used in this research is a survey method through interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis is by using the Gutman scale and then the results will be analysed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the mechanics of the workshops located in Kendari City in 11 sub-districts mostly had knowledge that was in the doubtful category. DAS Lagito di dalamnya memiliki potensi keanekaragaman vegetasi hutan dan sungai Lagito merupakan salah satu habitat burung maleo. Namun demikian belum ada data untuk mengungkapkan seberapa besar potensi hutan dan kondisi habitat di DAS Lagito. Untuk itu pengungkapan data dan fakta potensi keanekaragaman hutan di DAS tersebut sangat dibutuhkan. We assumed the forest fires caused the reducing of organic allochtnous input to the streams and changed the functional group of benthic insects of the headwaters. This research was study the abundance of the functional group of bentic insects in responding to the allochtonous input the streams post forest-fire due to the pyroclastic flows and eruption. Samples were collected using Surber Sampler of (30x30) cm2 at 5 cm sediment depth along 200m of the stream, which was divided into 5 segments of 20m of straight stream. At each segmnt, smaples were collected with 4 replicates. Results reveal that collector gathers Chironomous sp 99% dominated both streams. The sediment nutrients of NH4NO3, and PO4 were high. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi tingkat pencemaran air Sungai Wanggu dengan menggunakan makroinvertebrata. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Agustus sampai September 2017. Sedangkan parameter yang diamati yaitu fisik, kimia dan biologi. Parameter fisik meliputi (suhu, TSS, kekeruhan dan kecepatan arus). Parameter kimia meliputi (pH, COD, BOD dan DO). Sedangkan parameter biologi yaitu (makroinvertebrata). Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa untuk parameter fisik–kimia perairan, yaitu suhu 34 0 C, 31 0 C dan 35 0 C, TSS 9,26 mg l -1 , 13,49 mg l -1 dan 11,53 mg l -1 . This park has potency of hydrological function and serves as the lungs of Kendari City. Its existence is currently used by residents for agriculture, clean water sources, settlements, and tourism without proper regulation and supervision. Therefore, it has potentially caused monopoly, unilateral control, and conflicts. In line with that, the lack of awareness and initiative from the community and stakeholders in maintaining the sustainability of the Nipa-Nipa Forest triggers uncontrollable damage. This study aims to restore hydrological function and conservation of the Nipa-Nipa by redefining role of stakeholders involved in its governance by using the Participatory Action Research (PAR). Parameter biologi yaitu makroinvertebrata menghasilkan nilai FBI yaitu pada stasiun-I 4,42 dengan kriteria baik, stasiun-II 4,82 kriteria baik dan pada stasiun-III dengan nilai 7,32 dengan kriteria buruk sekali. Dengan demikian kualitas perairan agak tercemar dan tercemar sangat berat.
