The used proportions varied from 0.5 to 0.8 fermented whey, and from 0.1 to 0.4 for goldenberry (Physalis peruviana L.) and tumbo (Passiflora mollissima) juices, respectively. The influence of the mixture was analyzed on physicochemical and sensorial properties of beverages. It was evaluated that beverages contained protein, fat and acidity up to 1.92, 0.25, and 2.15%, respectively. Furthermore, the maximum bioactive compounds content was 343.54x10-5 kg(GA) kg-1 (total phenolics), 0.52x10-3 kg (CE) kg-1 (total flavonoids), 65.41x10-5 kg(AA) L-1 (Vitamin C), and 105x10-3 kg(Trolox) kg-1 (antioxidant capacity). Regarding sensorial evaluation results, the beverage with 55% fermented whey, 30% goldenberry juice, and 15% tumbo juice showed the best scores in taste regarding taste, colour and overall acceptability. It w...

The study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership on organizational performance mediated by organizational culture focusing on administrative staff in Peru. It uses a quantitative approach and non-experimental design. The data were obtained transversally from 465 union members-administrative staff through a virtual survey with a 20-item Likert-type questionnaire, verifying the data for compliance with the underlying assumptions. For data processing, the SPSS AMOS program was chosen, subjecting the data to confirmatory factor analysis and using the structural equation model to test the proposed hypotheses. The results show that, for administrative staff, organizational culture partially mediates the influence of servant leadership on organizational performance at 0.127. While servant leadership positively influ...

The Geolashon (Teloschistes flavicans) is a thousand-year-old lichen from the Peruvian Andes characterized by its yellow filaments, traditionally used by the Peruvian inhabitants as a natural pigment for making handicrafts and medicinal purposes. In this sense, this article aims to compile all the studies on Geolashon as a source of natural yellow pigments, starting from its importance and applications by the Andean population to research on obtaining, characterizing, and properties of its extracts. Although studies on this lichen are limited, it was observed that the obtained from lichen are rich in 3-[1’-(2”,3”-dihydroxy-phenyl)-propyl]-7-hydroxy- chroman-4-one, vicanicin, parietin, other compounds and has antidiabetic, antibacterial, antileukemic, antimicrobial, anticancer and termiticide activity that would be interesting for use in the pharmaceutical, cos...

As a result, the optimal formula is obtained with 300 g of mycorrhizal and rhizobium strains + 500 g of black soil + 200 g of potato peel crust, which has an effective antagonistic capacity of 100% in pea cultivation, 90% in the barley, and 85% in the potato, besides that it achieves a biotisation in the cultivation of peas of 95%, in the barley 100% and in the potato 90%.

They have also looked for government funding for these initiatives. These interactions are governed by the “triple-helix” concept of university-company-government interaction. Research groups in both the public and private sectors are trying to implement these links. In the present work, the authors evaluate a sample of Peruvian university research groups that study renewable-energy topics. The methodology considers case studies at five Peruvian universities. A model is proposed according the third academic revolution for accelerating interactions, research, innovations, and publications on the renewable-energy topic.

Through an optimal design to achieve static stability, dynamic stability and optimize energy consumption through an autonomous system that is able to perform trajectories without any inconvenience. For the robot to move without flaws has certain restrictions in design (weight, size, materials, etc.) The hexapod has a high degree of movement and this allows many trajectories handle at the time of travel. Using sensors under certain working conditions we will obtain the necessary data and signals to satisfactorily comply with the hexapod robot design.

Faced with this reality, it was constructed of a prototype with solar air heating, which has been tested and calculated for use in these sheds with favorable results. During the investigation the heat transfer required by the shed was analyzed, for keep the alpacas in a closed environment at 10°C. It is worth mentioning that there are alpaca communities that supports temperatures of up to -20°C in the Altiplano area. The research was conducted in the district of San Juan de Tarucani in Arequipa and in the district of Ocuviri in Puno. The proposed model permits to keep the alpacas more protected in a warm environment using renewable energy with a system of heat storage for the low temperatures at the nights. As a result of the research, with the development of the proposed solar collector, it is possible to increase the temperature internal of the shed in an ideal range of 5°C.
