Abstract: During the period of independent development in Uzbekistan, wheat production reached eight-fold growth, while its sown area increased almost threefold. The growth in gross indicators did not lead to an improvement in the quality of wheat and an increase in the profitability of its production for farms. The existing land user rental system is overloaded with additional obligations for tenants, which reduces their motivation. It should be borne in mind that official statistics on wheat production are not reliable. The main issue for agriculture in Uzbekistan is not what form of organization of agricultural production is better and not in the size of land plots, but in the mechanism for purchasing agricultural products for state needs and guarantees of property rights for agricultural entities. The goals of agricultural policy are determined not only by the selected reform priorities agricultural industry, but also objectively existing problems, having a long-term impact on the development of the agricultural sector. Considering fast the growth of the population of Uzbekistan and the need to provide it with food, braid in the development of crop production in the direction of growing cotton and wheat and bridge of agriculture of Uzbekistan before climate change, we can say that from what solutions to these problems will be found, not only the development of rural economy, but also the country as a whole.

Abstract:  Leaf area is a determinant of plant productivity, transpiration, development rate. It is also useful for the analysis of canopy architecture. That’s why accurate measurement of leaf area required for the specific research. In this study, tiny leaves of A. nilotica, L. leucocephala, P. juliflora were measured with the Leaf Area Meter software. This method is accurate and rapid. Comparisons between conventional method and LAM software method is done by using the leaves of D. latifolia. Then, growth analysis was done.

Abstract: The review is aimed at all those involved in caring for the elderly, regardless of their place of work: traditional hospitalization, home, day hospital, nursing home, retirement homes etc. The geriatrics (clinical gerontology) is a medical specialty that treats diseases of the elderly. The following article aims to focus on the physiologic process of aging. Pathophysiology is explained in detail as well as the nursing care of the older adults.

Abstract:  Currently, hydrazone complexes of M(II) were synthesized bearing the formula [ML (H2O)2](Where M=transition metal ions of 3d series and L= newly synthesized tetravalent ligands). The complexes were analyzed by preliminary lab techniques like repeatable melting point, TLC, recrystallization and molecular weight determination. Auxiliary, the complexes were screened for their Elemental analyses, Conductivity estimation, Metal estimation and Spectroscopic techniques like I.R. Spectra and UV-visible Spectra. As a result, the complexes were found to be stable, high decomposing coloured solids having high purity. The spectral results showed that the complexes are of octahedral structures in which Nitrogen and Oxygen are the donating electrons to central metal ion. In addition, the complexes were antimicrobial screened, E.coli Bacteria and S. alternaria which revealed that the complexes were thrice more active against both types of microbial species than the ligands.

Abstract: Hypertension (HTN) is considered as a disease of modernisation because of the higher incidence of blood pressure elevation increased in developed countries. As per the World Health Statistics 2012, of the estimated 57 million global deaths in 2008, 36 million (63%) were due to non communicable diseases (NCDs). Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) kill 40 million people each year, equivalent to 70% of all deaths globally. Aim: Aim of the study was to prepare nursing management protocol on hypertension. Material and method: An integrative literature review approach was used in phase 1 to find out the commonality and applicability of research protocol, whereas qualitative research approach was used in phase 2, to understand the effectiveness of protocol among staff nurses. The Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data was collected by using by open ended questionnaires. Results: In phase one most of the reviewed evidence base protocol agreed on accurate blood pressure monitoring and history collection should be basic step in algorithm management; most of protocols suggest that next step should be classification of hypertension for accurate management. Almost all protocol suggest that pharmacological, lifestyle changes are basic in hypertension management protocol. About 90 % of protocol suggest diurects like thiazide, calcium channel bloacker and beta blocker are effective in management. Almost all reviewed protocol agreed on lifestyle medication like smoking cessation, weight reduction, dietary management and exercise helps in the management. Based on the reviewed protocol and evidence researcher develop new nursing management protocol and implement that protocol on 20 critical care nurses to find out its effectiveness. Most of nurses felt that blood pressure monitoring is useful to assess hypertensive patient as mentioned in the protocol and classification mentioned in protocol help to provide effective care. Almost all nurses have provided positive response regarding diagnostic evaluation and life style modification mentioned in protocol. Nurses were found that, pharmacological management is effective on patient. Almost all nurses found this nursing protocol effective and agree to apply it on routine. Conclusion: The study finding revealed that nursing management protocol is effective for providing effective nursing care to the hypertension patients.
