    The electronic money, digital cloud payments, banknote redesign policies and currency in circulation vis-à-vis relevance of cashless system and technology acceptance theory in Nigeria is a rarely covered topic. Design policies are used by central banks to give direction to the design process of banknotes. The study of the banknote design policies of the past century shows that ‘technology-centred policies’ are gaining popularity. Even cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Facebook’s Diem, Corda, Fabric and Ripple are competing for a spot in the cashless world, constantly reinventing themselves in the hope of offering more stable value, and quicker, cheaper settlement (Chapman, 2021; (Shao et al., 2021; Zhang & Huang, 2021).     This study examines the impact of fiscal deficit on economic growth in Nigeria for period of 1980 to 2018. Sequel to the mixed level of stationarity of the variables as evidence in the result of the unit root test, this study adopts auto-regressive distributed lag (ARDL) technique and the result of the study shows that fiscal deficit is detrimental to economic growth in Nigeria. This study is in tandem with neoclassical paradigm. The study argues that one of the main reason why fiscal deficit is adversely affecting the economic growth in Nigeria is because of the pattern of her public spending which is heavily skewed in favour of recurrent expenditure which may not stimulate growth. Thus, the study recommends that government should review her pattern of spending to favor productive sector by so doing the economy will strive to greatness.     This study examined value added tax and its effect on revenue generation in Nigeria. Specifically, the study examined the effect of consumption tax on total government revenue in Nigeria, personal income tax on oil revenue in Nigeria, goods and service tax on non-oil revenue in Nigeria and company income tax on total public borrowing in Nigeria. Secondary data were used in the study. Data were sourced from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) statistical bulletin, Budget office of the Federation, as well as the World Bank Development Indicator Database. Collected data covered the period of 20 years spanning from 1999-2019. Data collated were analysed using both descriptive and Vector Error Correction Model method of analysis.     The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of e-quality services on consumer satisfaction and loyalty in Nigeria. A cross-sectional research design was adopted using a well-structured questionnaire to elicit information for 408 postgraduate students currently studying in Nigerian universities. The research instrument was validated, while data collected were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for hypotheses testing. The result revealed a statistically significant positive relationship among consumer satisfaction, loyalty, e-service quality and their dimensions while the findings established trust and satisfaction as prominent mediators for online purchases. This research contributes to the study of online shopping and e-loyalty by developing a model on the construct within the e-commerce context and suggesting possible factors that may influence quality service decisions.

    The study was about the International Accounting Standard Board Conceptual Framework which sets out a complete set of ideas for quality financial reporting, standard setting, and direction for professionals in creating reliable reporting strategies so that others can endeavor to comprehend and decipher the principles. The study adopts conceptual review approach which focused on discourses within the scope of narrative proofs originating from the global accounting standards board, professional accounting bodies and academic research. The article also discussed the status and purpose of IASB conceptual framework which involves of the objective of financial reporting, qualitative characteristics of useful financial information, financial statement and the reporting entity, elements of financial statements, recognition and de-recognition, and concepts of capital and capital maintenance. Therefore, the study concluded that the framework certainly not a standard, yet, the design is to help the Board in creating principles and assist preparers with developing steady financial reporting strategies.
