Santa Sarah Hitam atau Sara-la-Kali ("Sara si Hitam", bahasa Romani: Sara e Kali), adalah santa pelindung orang Romani. Pusat pemuliaannya adalah Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, sebuah tempat ziarah untuk orang Romani di Camargue, selatan Prancis. Legenda menyatakan bahwa ia adalah pelayan dari salah satu dari Ketiga Maria.
