Ray Milland (3 Januari 1907-10 Maret 1986) merupakan seorang aktor, sutradara berkebangsaan Wales terutama bekerja di Amerika Serikat. Dia berkarier di dunia film dari tahun 1929 hingga 1985. Dia lahir dengan nama Reginald Truscott-Jones di Neath. Dia menikah dengan Muriel Webber dari tahun 1932 sampai kematiannya pada tahun 1986.
