Isosianat adalah gugus fungsi dengan rumus kimia R–N=C=O. Senyawa organik yang mempunyai 2 gugus isosianat disebut diisosianat. Diisosianat diproduksi bersama dengan poliol untuk produksi poliuretan, sebuah polimer.
