The Corporate Recruitment Unit provides consultant services to promote NIH career opportunities and to source high caliber candidates for NIH job vacancies through the use of creative outreach strategies that include social media promotions, professional employment search engines, and employment recruitment events.

CRU provides consultant services to assist HR Specialists and hiring managers. Our services include:
- Social Media Postings - Share your current or future job opening on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Talent Sourcing - Proactively contact individuals to network and apply to hard-to-fill openings at the GS-15 or above levels
- Job Postings - Scientific openings (T42) can be posted to Jobs at NIH, flyers, or to the LinkedIn NIH company page
- Consultations - Host hiring official meetings or presentations on diversity, branding, sourcing, and more
