Developing games with cultural potential is an omnipresent vision. The Monza parlor game has become an open concept and project, with which you can learn holistically at school and in your free time and share wonderful experiences. The game is related to the ladder game, but much more creative. The mathematization is even more successful if teachers have a clear insight and mastery of mathematical knowledge, the curriculum, the math books, and manipulatives. At the same time, they should use creative methods so that the 'exodus' from transmission pedagogy can start. Mit der #KFA können Situationen in der Schule und in Schulklassen ko-konstruktiv erforscht und in progressive Handlungspläne und Veränderungen umgewandelt werden. Die Prozesse sind dynamisch und passen gut zur partizipativen #Aktionsforschung. Die Fachpersonen und andere Beteiligte gehen schonungslos offen, forschend, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert mit der Aufgabe der Inklusion um. Die KFA ist ein Vermächtnis des Sozialpsychologen, #Kurt_Lewin. Diese klassische Forschungs-und Entwicklungsmethode hat sich in Fallstudien an der #HfH sehr bewährt. Der Arbeitstext führt in die Methode ein und enthält eine Vorlage für die Analyse. Gleichzeitig werden die Einführung und die Vorlage in Beziehung zur Theorie und Praxis von Operativen Gruppen gesetzt. Force-Field-Analysis (FFA) With the #FFA, school and classroom situations can be explored co-constructively and transformed into progressive action plans and change. The processes are dynamic and fit well with participatory #actionresearch. The professionals and other stakeholders are relentlessly open, exploratory, pragmatic, and solution-oriented in their approach to the task of inclusion. #FFA is a legacy of the social psychologist, #Kurt_Lewin. This classic research and development method has been very successful in case studies at #HfH. The text introduces the method and provides a template for analysis. At the same time, the introduction and the template are related to the theory and practice of Operative Groups.
