From review of relevant literature, Entrepreneur’s Accomplishments, Investor’s Perceived Risk, Technology, Venture Anticipated Growth Rate and Investor’s Required Rate of Return were identified as some of the factors that influence entrepreneurial financing around the globe. As a result, these factors were discussed in the paper and used as the independent variables in the research, with entrepreneurial Financing in Ghana being the dependent variable. Quantitative approaches were used for data collection. Responses from prospective entrepreneurs (students), established entrepreneurs and investors (commercial banks, microfinance, and savings and loans and ‘angel’ investors) were gathered. The finding in this research shows that Venture Anticipated Growth Rate, Investor’s Required Rate of Return and Technology were significant predictors of entrepreneurial Financing in Ghana. As a result, entrepreneurs may consider fusing technology in their businesses. Also, to make it easier for entrepreneurs to obtain finance, it is recommended that they venture into businesses with high growth rate potential, promising better return on investment.

The study further tries to determine the level of effective implementation of reverse logistics program in selected organizations and assesses the impact of environmental legislation, availability of infrastructure, economic implication and the level of stakeholder awareness on the effective implementation of reverse logistics program. The study reveals that the level of effective implementation of RL in Ghana was moderate. It was also reveals that, environmental legislation, availability of infrastructure has a significantly positive impact on effective implementation of reverse logistics, while economic implication and level of stakeholder awareness have a significantly negative impact on the effective implementation of reverse logistics program. It is recommended that firms should automate their reverse logistics program in order to reduce cost in the long run. It is also recommended that the environmental Protection Agency (EPA) must strictly enforce RL laws to protect our environment. Finally, it is recommended that RL infrastructure should be provided or subsidized by government in order to increase the adoption and effective implementation of the program.

Downsizing is mostly carried out to achieve higher levels of efficiency, effectiveness, profitability, and to gain competitive advantage. The study is focused on the implementation of downsizing and its effects on productivity. Personally, administered questionnaire was used to collect information for the study. The data collected were analyzed descriptively. The study revealed downsizing has a significant negative relationship on employee and organizational performance. Also, early retirement, attrition, voluntary and compulsory termination are some of the downsizing strategies employed and could be attributed to factors such as cost reduction, an increase in the levels of efficiency and organizational competiveness. It was also revealed that employees are normally ignored when taking downsizing decisions causes emotional and behavioural effects on both the downsized workers and the remaining employees. The study therefore recommended that management should have an open and honest communication regarding downsizing and involve employees in the exercise.

From the review of relevant literature, Impulse Buying, Price of the Item Purchased, Level of Consumer Decision Process, Level of Expectation, Level of Consumer Involvement and Reversibility of Purchase Decision were identified as some of the factors that account for consumers' post-purchase regrets. As a result, these factors were discussed in the paper and used as the independent variables in the research, with Cognitive Dissonance (Post Purchase Regrets) being the dependent variable. Quantitative approaches were used for data collection. The finding in this research shows that only price is significantly related to post-purchase regret. As a result, marketers are advised to adopt the most cost effective method of production to be able to charge relatively lower prices without loosing sight on the quality of the product.
