Politics

Napare be member of de National Democratic Congress (NDC).[3][4] Insyd 2012, he go contest for de Sene East seat on de ticket of de NDC insyd sixth parliament for de fourth republic wey he win.[2]

2020 elections

Dem san elect Napare as member of parliament for Sene East for de 2020 December parliamentary elections. Dem declare am winner for de parliamentary elections as he get 13,401 votes wey dey rep 64.4% as against ein closest contender de New Patriotic Party candidate Luchoun Nicholas Bitagan wey he get 7,424 votes as dey rep 35.7%[5][6]
