CD30
O CD30 (cluster de diferenciación 30), tamén coñecido como TNFRSF8, é unha proteína de membrana da superficie celular da familia do receptor do factor de necrose tumoral e un marcador de tumores, que se expresa en linfocitos T e B activados, pero non en ditas células en repouso, e está codificado nun xene do cromosoma 1 humano.
O TRAF2 e TRAF5 poden interaccionar con este receptor, e median a transdución de sinais que orixina a activación do NF-κB. É un regulador positivo da apoptose, e tamén limita o potencial proliferativo e do efector CD8 autorreactivo de células T e protexe ao corpo contra a autoinmunidade. Existen dúas variantes de transcrición de splicing alternativo deste xene que codifican distintas isoformas.[1]
O CD30 está asociado co linfoma de células grandes anaplástico. Exprésase no carcinoma embrional pero non no seminoma e é así un marcador útil para distinguir entre estes tumores de células xerminais.[2] O CD30 e o CD15 exprésanse tamén nas células de linfoma de Hodgkin clásico.[3]
