The masks in the result folder look not good. They seem more like a pale copy of the image rather than a mask? Am I missing something? |

Python3 and Keras 2 were giving warnings while running them. I modified the code so there should be no warnings.
Also I moved the deform and npy folders into the unet folder for easier first time usage.
