Hmm, I kind of thought this was supposed to be a HTML-specific wrapper, for cases involving crossorigin="" content attributes, with other specs using Fetch directly. @annevk?

Oh, I see that was already raised at w3c/csswg-drafts#5838 (comment). So, I think we can close this?
