Register directives in @vueuse/nuxt module #5203

Clear and concise description of the problem
@vueuse/nuxt seems to register things from @vueuse/core, but not @vueuse/components. I would like directives to also be automatically registered.
Suggested solution
In the nuxt module, see if @vueuse/components is installed and then register the directives.
