The docs had page names that were invalid paths on windows. This would fail checkouts on some CI systems because it wouldn't be able to create the files:
Writing More Tests With the Bowling Game Kata: Test Two.md
Writing More Tests With the Bowling Game Kata: Tests Three through Five.md
Writing More Tests With the Bowling Game Kata: Adding Exceptions.md
I've updated the names on the wiki (as well as fixed a broken link to the [[Macro and Parameter Reference]] page) and this check-in just updates the wiki hash in the main repo.
