Also adds a CMake option, UTPP_AMPLIFY_WARNINGS, that can be turned OFF to disable the new behavior.
This shows up with /W4 on MSVC. Fixes unittest-cpp#107.

Partial implentation of #10 for MSVC and MSVC-like compilers.
In case this introduces issues for anybody, the new CMake flag
UTPP_AMPLIFY_WARNINGScan be set to OFF to turn off this behavior.@dconnet wouldn't mind seeing your stamp of approval on this, since you wrote #107 .
