fixes symfony/symfony#35443

Orginal part from @fabpot . I went through rfc7578 and rfc7233 and couldn't really find anything about this. The only reference to a name in the content-type was in rfc2046 for message/external-body.

However, this repository is what we call a "subtree split": a read-only copy of one directory of the main Symfony repository. It is used by Composer to allow developers to depend on specific Symfony components.
