Reference Issues/PRs
Follows up on the old issue #4577 regarding confusion about how area under the precision-recall curve is calculated.
What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.
This adds a new reference to the user guide that explains the different ways to interpolate the precision-recall curve that are implemented in common software tools. That new publication gives one of the best explanations I've seen about the differences among those interpolation strategies as well as some practical benchmarks showing their consequences.
