Hi there 👋

Welcome to my GitHub

I'm a bioinformatician and biotechologist currently performing my PhD in transcriptomics data analysis and tool development in the Transcriptomics and Functional Genomics Lab at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.

Experienced in next generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, workflow development, statistical analysis and high-performance computing.
