Describe the solution you'd like

Added the class CopyTextButton and the field copy_text in the class InlineKeyboardButton allowing bots to send and receive inline buttons that copy arbitrary text. @Bibo-Joshi Bot API 7.11: Add CopyTextButton and Integrate into InlineKeyboardButton #4547
Added the parameter allow_paid_broadcast to the methods sendMessage, sendPhoto, sendVideo, sendAnimation, sendAudio, sendDocument, sendPaidMedia, sendSticker, sendVideoNote, sendVoice, sendLocation, sendVenue, sendContact, sendPoll, sendDice, sendInvoice, sendGame, sendMediaGroup and copyMessage. @Bibo-Joshi Bot API 7.11: Add allow_paid_broadcast Argument to Bot Methods #4550
