Wow, thanks @gamecss for taking this change on. I sadly do not have experience to know if what you did is the proper approach, but this seems to be in order. Will see what others think. |

Wrote type annotations for Metar, station and units like speed.
I put the type annotations in the pyi file, it should not affect Python 2 compatibility.
