Could you move the check to SmartDevice class and remove the SmartPlug (and SmartStrip) implementation for it? Looking at the fixtures, all devices besides the bulbs are reporting this information, so we just need to override this for bulbs. |

For #37 add in checks for the features and mark the function as property so cli.py and others can just check the value.
