Despite the name being Kasa, which implies it uses or supports replicating the kasa app and interacting with the kasa central server, I don't see it... does this support kasa? or only tplink (local)

This project is to control some of the kasa devices (as listed in the readme) without cloud connectivity. Also, I don't see how the name of the library would imply any sort of cloud connectivity support, but I suppose the readme could be improved on this front. Feel free to open a PR!

"Kasa" is the name of tplink's central servers, api, and mobile app, while the hardware devices have no kasa branding or mentioning of kasa or it's communication protocol, it just seems like a library named after tplinks servers, api, and app would emulate the app connection instead of direct hardware communication, or at-least have support for it in-addition, but that's just what I assumed.
