Summary:
similar change to D56185541

python/cpython#32138 is included in Python 3.12 which changes the behavior of `unittest.TestCase.__str__()` to return the fully qualified name of the test in parenthesis.

Test listing originally did not expect the fully qualified name, so this fix modifies the value of the name if the python version being used is >3.10

Reviewed By: amyreese, itamaro

Differential Revision: D56431511
