Bug report

Bug description:

It looks like something went wrong with the release infrastructure again, and 3.9.22 has only sigstore and no PGP signature, unlike the other security branch releases in the series.

CPython versions tested on:

3.9

Operating systems tested on:

Linux

I'm still getting a 404.

Does the Varnish cache need clearing?

$ curl -I https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.9.22/Python-3.9.22.tgz.asc
