Updated robust_pdf_plot.ipynb for robust_pdf_plot.ipynb
The issue is closely related to matplotlib/matplotlib#22016. A fix for this issue is at matplotlib/matplotlib#22018 and will be released with matplotlibv3.5.2. Based on the current info this is an isolated situation and does not affect other notebooks.
