Strengthened the prompt constraints to enforce raw JSON-only output. This change explicitly disallows Markdown syntax, prefaces, explanations, and <parameters> tags, addressing an issue where some custom LLMs intermittently returned Markdown-formatted responses that broke downstream JSON parsing.
