Nice catch.
Fedora is OK:
38 release date : 2023-04-18
Odoo 17.0 release date: 2023-10-24
And the package is built using Fedora 38

Ubuntu specifically is spelling it 22.04LTS, I don't like it either, but I'm going to let it this way
