Obviously correct. There seems to be something fishy with the Python 3.6 build, the first release candidate was made yesterday (12/6/2016), so waiting to see what is does after a retry, but it looks like it is a bust.

Looks like Python 3.6.0rc1 broke the warnings module. Tsk, tsk.
