Looks like I didn't handle the rebase properly. Is there a way to update the pull request to look at a newly rebased history, or should I close and reopen? |

I would rather not change the .nsi files end of lines (it has been this way since I pushed it). I don't know about svg. |

Line endings are going to be a pain. The refactor folks had a whole bunch of .cs files with cr/lf endings and I don't know if they have dealt with that yet. So what is in the .gitattributes file? Does it provide a way to specify the line ending for various file types? If so, I think you should bring it up on the list for discussion. The Mac folks have those weird line endings also ;) |

OK, looks like XML wants line-feeds, at least internally: 2.11 End-of-Line Handling XML parsed entities are often stored in computer files which, for editing convenience, are organized into lines. These lines are typically separated by some combination of the characters CARRIAGE RETURN (#xD) and LINE FEED (#xA). To simplify the tasks of applications, the XML processor MUST behave as if it normalized all line breaks in external parsed entities (including the document entity) on input, before parsing, by translating both the two-character sequence #xD #xA and any #xD that is not followed by #xA to a single #xA character. So I think the .svg files can be converted. |
