Thanks for the pr, the idea seems good to me. Some thoughts
- The positioning of the sort button is usually not with the filters. Maybe something with the search bar? Or with the "504 results" chip will be more apt e.g.
- There should url param for the sort config similar to filters

Description
This PR addresses #173 by introducing a new sorting option that enables users to order organisations by their total number of projects.
This sorting works seamlessly with all currently active filters (year, technology, category, etc.), allowing users first to filter down the list and then sort the remaining results by project count.
